I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Grand View Motel. The location was great, just a short distance away from the KOA Campground where my family was staying. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the convenience of parking right outside our door, making it easy to load and unload our belongings. Although there weren't many amenities, I wasn't expecting any and it met my expectations. Despite a lack of nearby restaurants, there was a convenience store/gas station in town that offered a variety of sandwiches and snacks. The motel owner was extremely nice and helpful, providing me with easy directions to the nearby attractions I wanted to visit. The bed and pillows provided a restful night of sleep, which was much needed after a long day of exploring. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or a convenient place to stay while visiting the nearby sights.

Close to Whiteface Mountain and High Falls Gorge, with an enjoyable half-hour ride to Ausable Chasm. the owner was extremely nice and helpful, providing easy directions to the nearby attractions. the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Can't recommend this place enough if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and explore the beautiful surroundings.

There were a few tiny flies and ladybugs on the ceiling, but they weren't bothersome. the price without continental breakfast or a microwave in the room was a bit higher than expected.
